Action plan of Rehabilitation of the targeted communities is developed with participatory approach. 1.1 Develop the Community Profile 1.1.1 Familiar with communities                               1.1.2 Conduct  Household survey                             1.1.3 Collect the basic information on the community                             1.2 Conduct Community Action Planning Workshop in each project sites. 1.2.1 Coordinate among the stakeholders                             1.2.2 Conduct the CAP workshop                             1.3 Finalize Community Action Plan with consensus of both CBOs and stakeholders. 1.3.1 Formulate the CBOs                             1.3.2 Discuss the action plan prepared through CAP with CBOs                             1.3.3 Discuss the action plan prepared through CAP with stakeholders                             2. Community capacities of socio-economic activities are reconstructed 3.1 Introduce and support the micro-finance programme 3.1.1 Promote the mutual activities among the community members                           3.1.2 Ensure the registration of CBOs with appropriate government agencies                             3.1.3 Coordinate between CBOs and stakeholders who provide the credit to CBOs                         3.1.4 Conduct the seminar to introduce the micro-finance programme to CBOs                         3.1.5 Ex-change progarmme between targeted CBOs and outside groups related to micro-finance programme                       3.1.6 Conduct necessary training on micro-finance programme                       3.1.7 Promote the group sale and purchase               3.1.8 Monitor the micro finance activities of CBOs                 3.2 Promote the income - generation activities (marketing, skill development etc) 3.2.1 Discuss with CBOs the potential income - generation programme                             3.2.2 Conduct the marketing research with CBOs                           3.2.3 Conduct necessary skill development programme                         3.2.4 Coordinate between CBOs and stakeholders who provide vocational support                           3.2.5 Provide information & coordination services with CBOs for improvement of income - generation programme                     4. Community development programmes are managed by the communities 4.1 Build the Capacity of CBOs for sustainable Management of common facilities and resources 4.1.1 Conduct the workshop on management of resources & facilities in the communities                           4.1.2 Conduct training in management of resources & facilities                     4.2 Strengthen links with outside service providers, where necessary 4.2.1 Discuss with CBOs to list up the necessary out service providers                             4.2.2 Formulate the system to link with outside service providers                   4.3 Strengthen links with outside service providers, where necessary 4.3.1 Discuss with CBOs the potentialities to invite IDPs from outside to their communities for resettlement                           4.3.2 Discuss with government Officers resettlement of IDPs to their communities                         4.3.3 Discuss how to support IDPs who are to be resettled in the communities through existing CBOs                             4.3.4 Invite resettled IDPs to existing CBOs or re-organized the CBOs with resettled IDPs                         4.3.5 Promote the legal support activities to IDPs for their smooth resettlement                       4.3.6 Invite the AID programme to the communities to support IDPs                       4.3.7 Strengthen the relationship with existing communities and resettled communities         4.4 Promote Support Programme for the vulnerable community members by the community 4.4.1 Discuss with CBOs to list up the necessary programme for vulnerable communy members                           4.4.2 Discuss with CBOs and stakeholders to formulate the programme for vulnerable community members                           4.4.3 Implement the programme for vulnerable community members               4.4.4 Monitoring and evaluation of the programme for vulnerable communities in their communities               4.5 Evaluation 4.5.1 Joint evaluation
